Since you don't know their name, do you know of a film or show they're in?
If so, you can always go to the internet movie database, type in the show or film and it will pull up a cast list of people involved.

Can you think of any other actors that might have performed with this person?
If so, you can also look up other actors and look at the list of their movies and see who is in them. I have done that before to find actors who I forgot the name of.

Even if you're not sure of any specific films, you can start looking in movie databases under a specific genres like romantic, comedy or such.
