Are there any MP3 players that are powered COMPLETELY via a wall adapter (an AC->DC converter) and use no battery?
Bonus points for anything with podcast podcatching, WiFi, and Ogg Vorbis support, but the player being without a battery is essential.

iPods have a rechargable through a usb on a computer. You can get an adapter or iHome that allows you to charge through the wall outlets. iTouches offer WiFi and certain applications allow you to text.
