Are there any "catches" to the product Magicjack?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I have had vonage and now Time Warner VOIP and have been very pleased with both, very few issues.
Magic Jack is cheap, I might give it a shot.

M$Of course, you have to have an Internet connection. The only other "catch" is laying down your money and then having the company go out of business... I doubt that will happen though.

M$You pay them yearly which is cheap and easy in my opinion (1st year included with the purchase).
