In Europe, and in Switzerland, they prefer to call it nationalism, but yes, there is a long history of Swiss discrimination that seems to be getting worse. Recently a law was passed against construction of minarets, and there has recently been legislation proposed to expel entire families of immigrants if any family member is convicted of a crime. Switzerland's most popular political party, the Swiss People's Party is particularly aggressive and has supported nearly all of the policies that would rid the country of anyone who is not pure swiss.
