I belive it is fake, there's a great image anaysis of the photo of it here:

But as for the video, I think this is fake also, as photos of new products are often assumed to be fake, if someone made a real model, it would be more convicing. Also, the structural anaylysis in the above link is too compelling to discard.

That's a great analysis.
The video should have showed the bottom of it to see all the genuine apple stuff. And they didn't, so I think you're right.

I thought they gave up on the firewire, but it seems like they are bringing it back in this model, and believe they still have it on the Macbook Pro. I think it's real, yet it might be a prototype model, and it could change slightly before the official release.
