Anyone else want to let me know if $20 a week for produce for two seems reasonable?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Well it really depends on what you're buying and from whom. If you're buying at your local farmer's market, like we do, (a household of 2), I would say during the summer months when there's lot of choices, I'd say $15 is the most I've spent, and that usually includes 3 baskets of strawberries, some nectarines, a big watermelon, a head of lettuce, some corn, some carrots, an onion, and a a head of garlic. However I don't think $20 is bad. I'd rather spent $25 on produce than junk food.
