It does really work. I have read and heard numerous examples of the coupon working, and people coming home with food.
Unfortunately, I haven't been hearing very good things about the KFC coupon. Although some people are having great experiences, there have been some bad situations as well. There were reports of fights to try to get the chicken, and some people kind of got short shrift on the pieces of chicken they got. Is it worth it? Well, dit depends how much you like KFC.
Here is one negative report that made me not really want to go in:

Either this bird was a midget or some sort of Cornish game hen, but the wing was very tiny. Even my kids noticed and one chimed in, "That's so cheap!"
