I know the best answer was already chosen prior to my arriving on mahalo.. But for those really seriously interested... my responce may seem very simple.. and short but it is the most clear cut responce you will find on strengthening your abilities. When people ask this question, I normally ask which abilities are they looking to strengthen? I think suggest exercises or guide them to things they can experiment with... As people do not realise how many abilities or what all is there under the topic of Psychics, and Psychic abilities... I even am surprised when I discover new names and terminology after teaching, and sharing on this topic since 1993 .. when I found my own abilities awakening and I discovered the internet to learn what the names are for the abilities I have had all my life.. As I did not have another psychic to teach me until I was 19 years old.. and stumbled into a great yahoo userroom called Psychic Readings and chat. We did exercises and practiced, and taught eachother for hours... So if anyone has any questions.. do not worry about religion or spiritual conflicts either I will do my best to approach to help through the path of your own spirituality... I just wish that yahoo never did away with the userrooms, as the community split up.. so that room no longer exists.. Someday I will run my own free chat like that.. but for now I just run a forum..
