Personally, I thought the foul was pretty flagrant. But the officials didn't see it that way, so they didn't call the flagrant foul, and as of yet there has been no suspension handed down.
As a non-bulls non-celtics fan, I thought it was a pretty bad foul, and definitely outside the bounds. But apparently the NBA saw it differently.
