CNET.com gives this netbook a 4-star grade (http://reviews.cnet.com/laptops/hp-2140-mini-note/4505-3121_7-33485023.html ), but the price is quite high at $630 - $650 compared to other netbooks on the market which start at $300. Given the minimal requirements you mention, this may not be the solution you need.
