Somehow I doubt it. The last Vacation movie in the National Lampoon's series was Christmas Vacation in 1989 (imdb.com), and the last National Lampoon movie (that I am aware of) was Van Wilder. It only grossed 38 million worldwide (wikipedia) and I think it kind of killed the series. But Hollywood is pretty pathetically desperate these days...
