Of course. you can choose weigela wine and roses. here are some tips about how to grow them:

1 Select a planting location with well-drained soil. Weigela Wine & Roses prefers a medium moisture level, so do not water profusely. This plant will adapt to many soil types but will produce best when the roots do not remain saturated.

2
Determine which side of your house is south to southwest facing. This is the best location to plant Weigela Wine & Roses. The bush will grow in full sun to partial shade, but full sun is necessary for profuse blooming and deeper leaf color.

3
Decide whether to plant as a stand-alone bush or as part of a border. This versatile plant performs well as a tall bush in the middle of the garden and as a compact accent plant along the garden edges. Weigela Wine & Roses will grow 48 to 60 inches tall if allowed.

Planting the Bush
4
Dig a hole only to the same depth that the plant was in its pot and space plants six feet apart. Fill hole with water and allow to drain.

5
Remove plant from container carefully, keeping the root ball intact. Set plant in center of hole and fill with soil to the base of the plant. Water thoroughly.

6
Apply mulch to a depth of one to three inches around the plant to conserve moisture. Keep mulch away from the base of the plant to prevent stem decay.

Maintenance
7
Apply a slow-release fertilizer designed for trees and shrubs in early spring. Follow the label directions for application.

8
Prune the bush after it is done flowering. This bush blooms on the prior year's growth, so do not prune before it blooms. Cut branches back by one-third.

9
Monitor the plant for pests. Japanese beetles are fond of the bush--if you see them, pick them off the plant by hand and discard.
