Maybe? It all depends on if she can find designers that only show mostly clothed instead of near naked designs. This is completely about distraction. Most models really are not that good looking. They are plain. No character. But that's what a designer wants. A walking mannequin. So if she is disfigured in a location that will be seen often then it's unlikely they will allow here to work for them. As it would be distracting to their design.

Yes! i myself am a burn victim. i totally believe that this is an amazing girl who is one of the bravest girls out there. those scars are who she is that's her skin, her body, her personality and character. and if she is able to get up in front of a whole nation and show them what most people would spend there lives trying to hide i think that she is completely capable and has so much potential to win.
