If you are looking to sell it I would list it on Ebay. It does seem to be a rare item. I have seen auctions for the magazine ad that introduced the item go for around $5.00 and that is just for a magazine page. I'm sure you can find an Anna Nicole Smith Fan that is a collector of things just like this and it is worth more unopened like you have it. As for the value, these collectible items are only worth what a buyer will pay for it. From experience it's value will probably highest now and may have been a little higher just after her death but I don't see the value going up from now on.
