At this time the E1410 can only hold 4 playlists, and 30 songs for each playlist, for a total of 120 songs. There is no crack to fix this problem, and a few people have already given their opinion to Samsung about this situation. They're working on it and hopefully a new software update or model will have this fixed shortly.

For now, I'd suggest contacting them at http://www.samsung.com/us/info/contactus.html#, or by calling them at 1-888-987-HELP(4357), Mon - Fri : 7am - 9pm (CST) Sat : 9am - 6pm (CST). Insist you were unaware of this limitation and they might find a way to help you out, hopefully some kind of free upgrade.

These forums will show others are upset by this too - Not many surprisingly, you'll have to search for "playlist"
