Anna Fermanova New Alleged Russian Spy
News now has it that this new Anna character is *not* a spy? Her lawyer, Scott Palmer, apparently is saying that all of the attention she's been receiving lately is largely—if not solely—due to the fact that Anna Chapman was recently named in the media for her alleged part in a Russian spy ring.
Let's say that Anna Fermanova did, in fact, try to smuggle in a pair of night vision goggles, though. Should she face up to 10 years behind bars for that? Even if she was part of a Russian spy ring, would her possibly punishment crime fit the alleged crime? What do you think?

Anna Fermanova from Latvia to Texas:
Latvia-born Miss Fermanova (24) was arrested after returning to USA and later bailed. She became US citizen (lives near Dallas) after her Jewish family emigrated. Anna graduated from Richardson School in 2004 and from Collin College with an arts degree in 2008. She is a licensed cosmetologist. Anna’s Russia-based husband (importer & exporter) is involved in investment banking.
“Anna Fermanova” has been compared to “Anna Chapman”, the accused Russian spy.
Anna Fermanova created less serious reaction than “Anna Chapman”.

Her lawyer, Scott Palmer, told the Dallas Morning News: “She is quite sexy, you could say, but she is not a spy.”
