Ruben. I didn't think he could really sing. He was way over rated at the time. Clay totally got robbed that year. And of course Adam got robbed this year so the show has a reputation for not naming the best singer as the idol. I'm glad to see so many of the runners up getting record deals and having success too. Most of the ones who get runner up actually deal with it pretty well even if the rest of america thinks they should of won they are usually so humble about it and I really respect that.

I was thinking Ruben too or Fantasia. Never liked her in the least.
