Which ''American Idol Season 8'' contestants should or should not have been named as the Top 36? Why?
The American Idol season 8 contestants were named on February 11, 2009, do you agree with the judges choices?

Well, I'm glad they got rid of Joanna Pacitti, and replaced her with Felicia Barton because they found Pacitti had friends in low places there at FOX. I don't think anyone that has been signed by a major label should have the right to be on the show. They've had their chance and failed.
My favorite of the season so far is Danny Gokey. Any man that cries real tears has my attention. Will be interesting to see if American has a soft spot for him and how he stacks up with the competition.
On the other hand, Nathaniel Marshall is my least favorite, but for the same reasons as above. For crying. This dude is a whiner! Like, omg my partners won't get along and and and I just have to cry like a baby! Weird, I know.
Not to sure about Von Smith either. I like characters, and he definitely is one. Just not sure.
Will probably have a whole different set of opinions tomorrow, how many times are we allowed to answer the same question?? lol
