What is your favorite part of American Idol?

How can you not love the auditions? I actually stop watching once there's too many "good" singers in it.
List of reasons I love the preliminaries:
- Randy Jackson trying to hide his laughter behind a piece of paper.
- Paula Abdul's clenched teeth.
- Simon's shocked face after a bad audition. (Even better, when Simon simply bursts into laughter.)
- When the judges talk among themselves as the person auditioning awkwardly stares at them.
- The following video - this is the only time I've actually enjoyed a song written by an auditioner... it's a little repetitive, but I think I'd buy his album...
