Basically, InBev bought Anheuser-Busch for US$ 52 Billion.

Anheuser-Busch InBev is the leading global brewer and one of the world's top five consumer products companies

The new company's CEO is Carlos Brito, 48, a Carioca (a Rio de Janeiro resident) who has been leading Inbev since January 2006.

They are now one and the same with the new name of Anheuser-Busch InBev after a takeover purchase by Belgian based InBev

InBev bought Anheuser-Busch. InBev is the parent company, Anheuser-Busch is the subsidiary. Inbev is a giant corporation formed by previous brewery mergers. Its best known beers here are Stella Artois, Beck's, and Hoeegarden. If you are wondering, when you buy a Bud the profits go to InBev, a Belgian-based company.
