Is Anderson Cooper Drunk in this clip?

Seriously, any official word about the nature of this clip?

The video has been crudely manipulated and slowed down. I watch AC360 every night, and I never remember Anderson talking like this. :) This clip was probably chosen because of Anderson's word slip-up to add to the drunken effect.

The same user who made this video also has a video of "Diane Sawyer drunk."

Thank you, demanda, for your observations. I, too, watch AC 360 almost every night and I remember that particular broadcast the day after the Inauguration of President Barack Obama and I saw Anderson having problems saying a particular difficult word in two occasions but never to the extent this video shows. I am absolutely sure that it is a manipulation. I only wish the author had made a reference to this being a joke; but he didn't, so I am left to believe that the author was trying to damage Anderson's reputation.

A lot of people asked if this video was true -- and, unfortunately, many people wrongly said "yes, it is true," whether on purpose or not I guess we'll never know. But I am glad there are also people like you who are willing to attest to Anderson's respectability. Thank you.

As you might expect, there is no "official" word on whether or not Cooper was drunk or simply just exhausted after the inauguration of Barack Obama but you were certainly not the only one to wonder.

He looks exhausted! Sleep deprivation can certainly slow someone done much the same way alcohol would.

This reminds me of the drunk Jeff Goldblum videos, some of which are brilliant.  The way he talks apparently makes him great for making him seem drunk.
