OH! Ok so to clarify it seems obvious now that you are saying she broke up with him because he was overly obsessed with Twitter. Not that the broke up with him VIA twitter.

Wrong kind of over...

Anyways, I guess I can understand this, my wife calls my cell phone my "mistress" and sometimes says I spend more time with it than I do her (it's true) but I know when it's time to cut it off and have a conversation like a human. If he didn't distinguish, or went crazy with it, then I can see a valid reason.

Who wants a relationship that's got a third person in it?

She's way hot, by the way.

I think it's funny, but I don't buy it. Being the crazed John Mayer fan that I am, I just don't think this has the ring of truth to it. He is notorious for having commitment issues, and he has even called himself a "bad breaker-upper." He already broke up with Jen once before, and it's likely that after her time in Europe, they both just realized it wasn't going to work out. She seems too mature and down-to-earth to be that concerned about his twitter usage.

Ouch...this has the sounds of another case study on internet addiction. Every social internet phenomenon so far has been accused of some form of psychological addiction. From chatrooms, to IMs, to MySpace. It looks like the latest golden child will be Twitter...and I can't say I disagree that there is some minor form of addiction...the final line in the article said it best:

"Even so, shortly after Aniston's call, Mayer's Twitter update read: 'This heart didn't come with instructions.' "

Jennifer breaks up over twitter? Seems like she's just doesn't want to make anything work.

I just think it's odd how some people are really laid back and the world works for them others are all uptight and it doesn't work well for them.
