You may order them from http://www.fxeyes.com or http://www.9mmsfx.com/lenses.html or similar sites.  These sites offer professional theatrical lenses for movie productions. They even create custom lenses according to your ideas. You may as well search for "theatrical lenses" to find a source that is most convenient for you. However, they usually are rather pricy. 

There are cheaper solutions. You may just look for grey or white contacts or brand names like "Crazy Lens" or "Wild Eyes".
