As I remember they brought in Arnold to do some mapping of his face and then used CG to implement it on a body double.

Question in regard to Terminator Salvation (May contain spoilers.)
As anyone who is likely to have opened this question knows, there was a brief Schwarzenegger cameo in the new terminator movie.
My question is this: what method of inserting him into the movie did they use? makeup? old footage? CG?
