Are there any educational software titles directed toward high school or college students?
I've lately been trying to find software which makes use of RPG - style gameplay to teach algebra, geometry, and/or calculus to high school and college students. Unfortunately, I have been very limited in my success at finding such a thing, as most educational software is directed toward younger audiences. Any suggestions?

I think what jarble is looking for is not a normal educational software, jarble is looking for an RPG-style gameplay software to teach math to the high/college students. from your list above, I guess only www.alice.org might fit into this category, however, jarble has to use his/her own imagination to create the sotware, which defeats the purpose of looking for one. This is just my view, you can ignore it of course.
