hello friends, I have lot of pimples on my face. so it is look so dirty. i want surgery of it so that it looks some better can you suggest my any idea about it. is it better skin surgery for it.

It's not surgery you would need in particular, but rather something like a Chemical Peel... something to correct and soften the damaged areas of the skin. Ask your doctor to refer you to a dermatologist that can recommend the appropriate treatments for you, whether it be a cream, a peel, or a laser treatment.

Check out the description of a chemical peel and see if this sounds appropriate for you.

Be proud of who you are, okay? There's nothing wrong with being black, nor anything wrong with being a darker shade. You're perfect in your own way. If you can't accept yourself, then don't expect for anyone else to.

Besides, I can guarantee you, even if you do get the surgery, you'll later on find something else "wrong" with yourself and will want to fix that.
