I'm sure who ever goes to QC it will reject it and allow you to finish, even if they do accept you can add the rest later.
As far as I can tell there is no way to edit a submission after hitting submit. That is a feature Mahalo should consider. I've caught typos after hitting submit. In my case they accepted and I fixed myself afterwords.
I wouldn't sweat it.

No worry, then you will get another chance to edit your submission. Then complete your task fully and resubmit it.Then wait for result from QC member.
I think you will get a clear image what you need to fix from the feedback of your task given by that task's QC.
Then resubmit your submission with the contents which are asked in your rejected task's feedback.
You also will get a email notification, that usually tells who has rejected (also accepted) your task, then you can contact with him/her about your feedback of the rejected task if needed.
You also can contact with @annek who is the main contributor of how to tasks. Go her/him (sorry actually I don't know she or he?) profile page from here @annek or contact through email to the following address anne@mahalo.com
Best of luck with your how to task @debbiehenthorn
Thanks

I mistakenly submitted a rush week how-to? It wasn't finished - HELP!
I wasn't done adding references and links. I was trying to add tips and hit the enter key - while in the tip box - and it submitted.
It now says "under review" and while I can see everything I typed, I know it isn't complete and I'm sure it will be obvious to the QCer.
Am I outta luck?
