  • Plot Synopis

    Henry VIII is determined to have a male heir. When his first wife Katherine of Aragon is only able to produce a girl, his affection is quickly focused on Anne, a Lady in Waiting. When Anne refused his advances without a promise of marriage, Henry is forced to battle and break with the Holy Roman Empire and create a new Church of England. As quickly as the romance the begins, it soon ebbs when she also cannot give him a male heir. Anne Boleyn is thrust from center stage and becoming a queen, to facing the gallows for treason. All within one thousand days.
