Anne He is a young girl who was returned to her biological parents in China after being cared for by foster parents in the United States. Anna He's biological parents, Jack and Casey He, say that shortly after their daughter was born they asked Jerry and Louise Baker to care for her until they were financially back on their feet. The Bakers claim that the Hes agreed to allow them to raise her until she was 18-years-old. New Life in China
Shortly after returning to China with their daughter, Jack and Casey He separated. Faced with life as a single mother, Casey He moved Anna and her siblings to the large city of Chongqing to find better opportunities. Anna and her siblings were enrolled in a boarding school where they live during the week.
