Ann C. Kelly is a New Jersey resident who made head lines when her husband, Arthur Kelly, named iconic rock singer Bruce Springsteen as "the other man" when he filed for divorce. Page Six reported on May 22, 2009, that according to the divorce papers, Authur made the claims in hopes of getting "hush money" from Springsteen.
