Angel Food Ministries is a non-profit and non-denominational charitable religious organization that works to provide food to extend or complete a family's meal budget. This is not a welfare program or an income-based qualifying program. Angel Food Ministries offers one unit of food (enough to feed a family of four for approximately one week) for $30. Anyone who places an order in advance and has the $30 to pay can purchase the food for themselves or others, regardless of income, or any other factors.

Payment Methods Accepted
Payment Methods and Angel Food MinistriesAngel Food Ministries accepts checks, cash and credit cards for payment, though different distribution churches will have different payment methods they accept, so you will want to go online to the Angel Food Ministries site to see what method is accepted in your area.https://www.angelfoodministries.com/order/default.asp?pid=64&id=2102&cid=03
Angel Food Ministries accepts the EBT and Voucher SNAP (food stamp) benefits for all states for purchasing all of their boxes. Usually, you will have to go into the office when using food stamps as a payment method in order to use the EBT card.https://www.angelfoodministries.com/food_stamps/4
There are no forms to fill out and no qualifying questions to answer or income guidelines required. As long as there is an Angel Food Ministries in your area and you have the money to purchase the box, you can buy nutritious food at substantial discounts.

Angel Food Ministries Holiday Food Boxes
For the holidays, Angel Food Ministries offers special holiday food boxes with the traditional holiday foods, such as turkey roasters, ham, stuffing and gravy. These boxes can be purchased in addition to regular food boxes for the holiday, but orders must be placed in advance. All food is paid for prior to pickup, and any food not redeemed on the day scheduled will be donated.https://www.angelfoodministries.com/order/default.asp?id=631&pid=67Products & Sample Menu
One "unit" of food for Angel Food Ministries costs $30. Families are welcome to buy more than one unit, but that is the minimum. The food is packaged, and has the same quality and freshness you would expect from your grocery store. You must bring a box or bags in which to carry your food when you come to pick up the order you place at some of the distribution locations.
