Andy Dick Arrested

Andy Dick was arrested and charged with two counts of sex abuse in the first degree on January 23, 2010. The bouncer claimed that while trying to attach an armband to Andy Dick, the comedian then grabbed the crotch of the bouncer and laughed. A second male victim told police that Dick also grabbed his crotch and then kissed him. Andy Dicks's bail was set for $60,000, and he will appear in court on for his preliminary hearing on February 2, 2010, for the accusations against him. Comedian Andy Dick was arrested on charges of sexual battery and drug possession on July 16, 2008. Dick was taken into custody after leaving a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, California.
