Android SDK is the software development kit for the Google Android software platform. It was released by Google in November 2007 and is used to develop applications and other software for the phones that will use the Google Android software platform. The latest version of the SDK has encorprated a new interface, layout animations, geo-coding, and an updating Eclipse plug-in. Google has prepared an upgrading guide from users of the previous SDK.
