Android SDK is the software development kit for the Google Android software platform. It was released by Google in November 2007 and is used to develop applications and other software for the phones that will use the Google Android software platform. The latest version of the SDK has encorprated a new interface, layout animations, geo-coding, and an updating Eclipse plug-in. Google has prepared an upgrading guide from users of the previous SDK.

@anieto Get the Android SDK: http://bit.ly/3jNWwL and unzip. Then connect phone to computer via usb. Go to Tools directory in Android SDK.

Decided to give the Android SDK a little go after the gym today and I lost interest after the emulator took 2min to start up!

@DroidDoes So far the only way I've found to take Android screen shots involves/requires installing the SDK on your computer.

Messed around with Android dev this weekend. +1 to the Goog, SDK tooling is easy to get along with.
