Professional football guard Andrew Whitworth plays for the Cincinnati Bengals of the National Football League. Andrew Whitworth was selected by the Bengals in the second round of the NFL draft in 2006. He debuted as a special teams player against the Kansas City Chiefs during his rookie season in 2006. In his second game, Whitworth started on the offensive line after players were shifted to compensate for the injured Levi Jones. Whitworth was made a starter for the rest of the season while many players on the offensive line were banged up with injuries.

Whitworth continued to fill in for a depleted Bengals' offensive line in 2007. He started every game in his second season after appearing in all 16 games his rookie year. Whitworth has started in 28 of his first career 32 games.Bengals.com: Andrew Whitworth
