Andrew W.K. is an American rock musician, television personality, and self-proclaimed "motivational speaker." He is best known for his upbeat rock and roll party songs and in 2004 he had an MTV2 show called Your Friend Andrew W.K that was short lived. In a February 2007 interview, he hinted about a new show that will be called Smokeshow.
I Get Wet
Andrew W.K.'s breakthrough album came in the form of I Get Wet, a 2001 release that featured the enormously popular single "Party Hard." The single was featured in films and video games, including Jackass: The Movie and the EA Sports release Madden NFL 2003. The song, with upbeat lyrics that discuss W.K.'s hard rocking and partying style, was also featured in a Girls Gone Wild music volume.
