Andrew Gallo is the driver of the minivan involved in the car crash in which Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart and two others were killed on April 9, 2009. Gallo's blood-alcohol level was more than three times the legal limit. On May 27, 2009, after being held without bail since May 10, Gallo was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of murder and three related felonies.
