In 2005, United States Marine Andrew Grayson was charged with obstruction of justice and making false statements. 24 Iraqi citizens had been killed, and Grayson was accused of instructing a Sargent to delete digital pictures of the incident off the camera.
Case Dropped
The case against Grayson and the four other people involved was eventually dropped. It was determined that Grayson was not there at the time that the killings took place.
