Background
Grabow was previously convicted for the rape of a seven-year-old girl as well as having sex with a high school student and a sexual encounter with a child related to him. The video tapes of the children having sex were produced between June 2004 and December 2007. Grabow also confessed to downloading child pornography from the Internet as well.
