Andrew Hill Card is an American politician and lobbyist. He has held United States Cabinet positions under George H.W. Bush, as U.S. Secretary of Transportation, and George W. Bush, as White House Chief of Staff. Card resigned as Chief of Staff on March 28, 2006.

Card's resignation came after serving five-and-a-half years as White House Chief of Staff. President Bush claimed that the decision to resign was initiated by Card, stating that he had a desire to return to private life.
