Andrea McNulty filed a civil lawsuit against the Pittsburgh Steelers' Ben Roethlisberger in July 2009. McNulty alleges that she was sexually assaulted by Roethlisberger in July 2008.
McNulty is employed by Harrah's Hotel and Casino in Reno, Nevada.
