Andrea Previn is a composer and conductor. He spent over a decade as the principal conductor for the London Symphony Orchestra.Times of London: Stoppard and Previn on Every... (December 22, 2008) He has won several Grammy Awards and four Academy Awards for the scores of Ggi, Porgy and Bess, Irma La Douce and My Fair Lady.
Previn has been married several times, once to actress Mia Farrow. While they were together, they adopted children named Soon Yi and Lark. Lark Previn died from a extended illness in December 2008. She was 35 at the time of her death.
