Andre 3000 clothing line is a new classic vintage come modern clothing line for men. It is launched by Andre Benjamin from the hip hop duo Outkast. Andre 3000 clothing will be competing with other famous fashion labels launched by celebrities such as Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Gwen Stefani. The line is expected to be available Spring 2008.

The star’s range comprises 70 items of clothing inspired by the US prep style and by college football from the 1930s. The self-funded line is to include wide-brimmed fedora hats, assorted waistcoats and pink sweatshirts featuring an embroidered ‘B’. The clothes will be on sale in New York's upmarket Barneys department store.

Andre Benjamin is an American musician, singer, songwriter, rapper, hip hop producer, pop producer and actor, born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. Andre 3000 is best known for his work in the hip hop band OutKast. Andre 3000 was voted the world's best dressed man by men's Esquire Magazine, which helped inspire him to release his own fashion line.

Andre 3000 Clothing centers around classic vintage with a dash of modern. The line will soon be adding denim made from salvaged Japanese fabrics and also plans on launching a full line for women.

The Andre 3000 clothing line has fallen victim of the current economic crisis. Andre admits having difficulty selling his designer clothes. The OutKast star is having to sell the 70-piece collection at great discounts in order to shift stock and boost profits.
