Crenshaw was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1944 and attended Robert E. Crenshaw on the Florida National Land Adjustment Act
Crenshaw starts by recognizing the work of the National Forest Service and says that the Florida National Land Adjustment Act will provide the resources they will need to continue that work.
