Analyze This is a comedy film released in 1999 that involves a psychiatrist who treats a notorious mafia boss who has suddenly been beset with emotional instability. The movie was received well enough that the sequel, Analyze That was released in 2002.

When the infamous mafia boss Paul Vitti (Robert De Niro), suddenly finds himself so emotionally unstable that he cannot perform his underworld duties, he hires psychiatrist Ben Sobel (Billy Crystal) to treat him. Sobel must manage to cure Vitti of his mental anguish before a huge meeting of mafia leaders in just two weeks.
