Amy Winehouse was seen barefoot and dressed only in a red bra and jeans in East London, at 5.40am. According to onlookers she was crying, and mumbling something "incomprehensible". Her rep is saying she was investigating a strange noise and opened her door to paparazzis.

1. An onlooker said that, "Amy came out and started stumbling around. She popped her head over the fence like she was looking for something. It was freezing and she had no shoes and just a red bra. She was mumbling something incomprehensible. It wasn't the behaviour of someone in the right state of mind...But her spokesman claims Amy was merely checking out a disturbance outside her home.
