  • Amy Adams is an Academy Award-nominated actress who has built her career on playing perky, sweet heroines in a number of popular films. After her Academy Award-nominated breakout role in the independent film Junebug, Adams appeared in the movies Talladega Nights, Standing Still and the Golden Globe nominated Disney film Enchanted. Adams also received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination for her work in the film Doubt, but the award went to Penelope Cruz for her role in Vicky Cristina Barcelona.

    Most recently, Adams starred opposite Ben Stiller in Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian and opposite Meryl Streep in Julie and Julia, written and directed by Nora Ephron.
