Ammar al-Baluchi is one of the six terrorist suspects called the Guantanamo Six. They were formally indicted on February 11, 2008 by The Pentagon for war crimes in connection to the 9-11 terrorist attacks. Also known as Ali Abd Al-Aziz Ali, al-Baluchi is the nephew of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed,BBC: Profile - Key 9/11 Suspects (May 13, 2008) the alleged "mastermind" of 9-11. al-Baluchi was responsible for planning and coordinating the attacks.
