The 2008 America East Tournament determines the 2007-08 championship for America East Men's Basketball. Seeding for this single elimination tournament is based upon the regular season standings.
History
In 2008, The UMBC won the conference tournament over Hartford Hawks 82-65. The Retrievers is lead by head coach Randy Monroe his first title in America East Conference. They beat Stony Brook in quarterfinals 76-80, and Vermont in Semis 73-64 to face University of Hartford in the finals.
