Reviews
Nair did a wonderful job of taking the highlights of Amelia Earhart’s career and putting them on screen. http://www.desihits.com/blog/article/movie-review-mira-nairs-amelia-20091016
The classically structured bio will appeal to grown-ups, history buffs and lovers of aeronautics, but in showing how the flier was one of the most lauded celebrities of her time, it also might appeal to youngsters. http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/hr/film-reviews/amelia-film-review-1004023274.story
I still feel, after seeing Amelia, that I don't know much about her personally, even though that was the film's obvious goal by concentrating on the relationships with her publisher/husband and her lover Gene Vidal. http://movies.about.com/od/amelia/fr/amelia-review.htm
