Missing teenager Amber DuBois of Escondido, California, vanished while walking to school on the morning of February 13, 2009. Reports said a classmate claims she saw the 14-year-old DuBois two days after she disappeared, walking with an "unidentified person" near her home. Police continued to search for the teen, and a massive volunteer search effort on February 21, 2009, turned up no clues. Dubois' remains were found on March 6, 2010. Remains Found

Killer Sentenced
